Sandglass: Important Information

Since the last patch a bug concerning
the Quickslot Sandglass has appeared. Whenever you use a Sandglass, the
double amount of Quickslots is reduced from your inventory. We are
currently trying to fix the bug as soon as possible and ask our players
to refrain from using the Sandglass item in the meantime.

The bug occurs when you are using the Sandglass
item in certain Guardian Battles under certain circumstances. Instead
of the actually used amount of Sandglasses, the double amount is
removed from your inventory.

The developers were
informed and are working on an emergency fix.
We ask our users to
refrain from using the Sandglass Quickslot in the meantime
until the problem has been fixed.

All users who were affected by
the problem, please send a support inquiry to our support
system. After the bug has been fixed we will try and
reimburse the Sandglasses you lost due to that bug.

lol...the bug was reported in december last year... and now they are shocked and working on an emergency fix? ^^

well if they fix it now after 6 month, it could still be one of the fastest bug removals in the last year of ft. so the words"emergency fix" would still fit in here -_-
